The standard shipping time within the EU is 10-25 calendar days, starting from the date of order shipment. The specific time varies slightly depending on the destination country/region:
Core EU countries (such as Germany, France, Italy, and Spain): 10-18 calendar days;
External EU regions (such as northern Finland, the Greek islands, and Ireland) and EEA member states (Iceland and Norway): 15-25 calendar days. Shipping time refers only to the logistics and delivery process and does not include customs clearance time (for cross-border orders within the EU, customs clearance typically takes 1-3 calendar days and is not subject to additional duties).
3.2 Carrier Selection
By default, we partner with compliant carriers within the EU (such as DHL Parcel, DPD, and La Poste). All carriers are EU-certified and have tracking capabilities. 4. Shipping Rates and Payment Methods
