Return Policy

1. Policy Basis and Scope
This policy is based on the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and applies to consumers within the European Economic Area (EEA) who purchase Aether Innovations Inc. sportswear through the official website aetheriop.com. This policy covers both distance sales and offline transactions through designated partner channels.

2. Basic Rights and Time Limits for Returns and Exchanges
2.1 Cooling-off Period and Right of Return
You have the right to return your product within 14 calendar days of receipt, without stating a reason.
Return Period Calculation Method:
Single item: Valid from the date you or a designated third party (not the carrier) sign for receipt;
Multiple items: Valid from the date the last item is signed for.​

2.2 Exchange and Repair Rights
If the product is defective, doesn't fit the size, or doesn't match the order description, you may request a free exchange or repair of the same product within 14 calendar days, up to a maximum of two times. If repair or exchange is unavailable, you may request a full refund.

3. Return and Exchange Conditions
3.1 Requirements for Returnable Products
The product must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise damaged, with the tag and original packaging intact.
Trying on the product must only be done in a clean condition. Reasonable minor scratches caused by trying on the product will not affect returns.
Product accessories (such as dust bags and warranty cards) and the original purchase receipt (digital order screenshot or paper invoice) must also be returned.

3.2 Non-Returnable Products
Opened intimate apparel (such as sports bras, compression socks, and other items with hygiene concerns);
Specially marked "non-returnable" during promotions (excluding those with quality issues).​

4. Return and Exchange Process
4.1 Application Method
Log in to our official website [aetheriop.com] under "My Account - Order Management," select the order you wish to return, and submit your application.
Upload photos of the product's condition (if necessary to prove a defect), indicate the reason for the return, and provide your desired solution.
We will email you the review results within 2 business days and provide a return label (if available).

4.2 Product Return
After approval, please ship the product to the EU return address specified in the review email within 14 calendar days.
If you use our prepaid return label, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount (except for quality issues).
If you choose a courier, you must sync the tracking number to your order page on our official website after returning the product.​

4.3 Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds: Upon receipt and satisfactory inspection of the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued within 14 calendar days via the original payment method, including the full purchase price and basic shipping costs (expedited shipping costs are not refundable).
Exchanges: Upon satisfactory inspection, a replacement item will be shipped within 5 business days, and we will cover the shipping costs.
If the item is damaged, we will refund after deducting any depreciation. The deduction amount will be notified in advance via email.

5. Shipping Costs and Responsibility
5.1 Shipping Costs
Unconditional Returns: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. For specific amounts, please refer to the "Help Center - Shipping Costs" section of our official website.
Quality Issues/Wrong Shipment/Misdelivery: We will provide a free return label or cover the return shipping costs. You can submit your courier receipt for reimbursement.
If the shipping cost coverage is not clearly stated in advance, all return shipping costs will be borne by us.​

5.2 Transfer of Product Ris
You bear the risk of loss or damage to returned merchandise during return shipping. We recommend using insured courier service.
Once exchanged merchandise is shipped, we bear the shipping risk.

6. Special Instructions
Partial Returns: When returning only part of an order, the entire order will be considered partially fulfilled, and the basic shipping fee will not be refunded.
Gift Handling: When returning or exchanging the main item, the accompanying gift must be returned with the order; otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund.

Data Protection: Personal information collected during returns and exchanges (such as address and contact information) will be handled strictly in accordance with the EU Privacy Policy and will only be used to fulfill the return or exchange agreement.
